Australian blueberries are passed through a finisher to produce a smooth seedless puree. Puree is aseptically packed into cartons.

Ginger Juice is made from whole ginger rhizomes that have been thoroughly washed, diced, minced, pressed, filtered, batched and acidified. The Juice is then HTST pasteurised and aseptically packed into sterile bags, then into metal drums.

PASSIONFRUIT JUICE - 15KG
Juice is expressed from reconstituted concentrate made from sound, mature, mixed varieties passionfruit. Been pasteurised and aseptically packed. Free from any seeds.

PINEAPPLE JUICE - 15KG
Pineapple Juice is manufactured from sound, mature pineapples. The juice is screened, heat processed and aseptically packed.
